While our hotel enjoys a convenient location near the station, the approach involves a slope that may be difficult for some guests to walk. We recommend using a taxi if you are traveling from a distance with a large amount of luggage. We deeply apologize that the room did not meet our standards. Using a room in such condition must have been frustrating and unpleasant. Upon receiving your notification, we immediately arranged for a professional inspection of the room for pests such as cockroach to investigate the cause. However, no evidence of pest infestation or traces was found, and we were unable to determine the cause. To prevent future occurrences, we have implemented pesticide spraying.
